    The landscaping and the pool

It was a bit difficult to communicate - obv our issue, not theirs but we needed some help making travel arrangements and ended up having to do it ourselves online because of the barrier. Also, we had cockroaches in our room and had to sleep with the lights on. We found it quite expensive. We had laundry done and it cost almost $25!! and we're backpacking so we don't have a lot of clothes with usa.

The hotel garden environment and the location close to the city center were very appealing.

Love this hotel. everything about it is wonderful. Location is excellent, away from the niose yet within walking distance to everything.Staff is extremely helpful, fixed my suitcase for free. Look for Mr. POV for great tuk tuk driver to the ruins. Very honest and very nice. He resides right outside Bopha.

The staff were excellent and very attentive.

Nice rooms could be improved by being better lit.

The design of the hotel and the garden was beautiful

Breakfast was a set menu and I would have liked a buffet. Food was good though.

Great traditional Cambodian feel from decor and design. Good location, helpful staff, excellent restaurant, all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

We were suppose to get the bigger room for a slightly higher price. I doubt if we got it but was good enough that I didn't bother mentioning it.

    - friendly staff and very good location: in walking distance to old market, restaurants, bars; 10 - 15 minutes by tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat

The ba is a charming little hotel that is well located. It is close to the restaurant scene, but just far enough away to escape noise. The staff is excellent- they try very hard. I really enjoyed the greenery on the hotel grounds and the opportunity to sit outside in a garden setting. The food at the restaurant compares favorably to restaurants in town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I plan to return next year.

    It was similar to Bali

When I booked on the website, there was no prompt to include my flight details to arrange a Hotel pickup from the airport - as it worked out the tuk-tuk driver who I connected with at the airport was good value.

The service and the location right across from the market and the centre of Siem Reap. Their Khmer food is also excellent and the decoration of the rooms is also pleasing. This is the second time I have stayed and I would recommend booking their superior rooms rather than a standard room. The first room I got with this booking was too far away and I didn't feel safe so I upgraded my room to one on the ground floor and nearer to reception. It is a very spread-out place and for safety solo women travellers should be alerted to stay in the main area close to reception and the restaurant.

    See above.

The rooms are quite large and decorated in a Cambodian theme. The staff are all very helpful and courteous. The pool is great to relax in after sightseeing. Only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town.

We recently spent 4 nights at Bopha Angkor and really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic value and really helpful and friendly staff. We loved the fact that it was quite traditional unlike many of the hotels in Siem Reap and not to big so had a real personal feel...and a pool to jump in after a busy days temple sightseeing.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Located about 5 minute walk from the main restaurants, markets and shops, yet on a quiet street by the river. Wonderful swimming pool. Beautiful, tropical gardens.

The ground floor room I was originally given had a very musty smell. When I mentioned this, the front desk staff arranged for me to have another room on the first floor. There was a musty smell from the other rooms on the ground floor.

Very lush gardens and beautifully decorated. It was prettry quiet and the hotel wasn't Bussy.

There are a lot of water features in the gardens which attract a lot of mosquitos. The room was nicely decorated but showed of its age (room got flooded twice during big thunderstorm because the door wasn't closing correctly, thus also letting in the bugs) I had to buy a electric mosquito device to get some sleep. Restaurant was very good but totally overpriced so was the laundry service. This hotel is too expensive for what it is.
